Limited Liability Partnership

As per Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) regulations, 100% FDI in LLP is allowed under the automatic route. In most sectors, 100% FDI is allowed in LLP through the automatic route, and there are no FDI-linked performance conditions. LLPs are permitted to invest in another company or LLP in sectors in which 100% FDI is allowed by default. NRIs or Foreign Nationals can start or invest in a LLP.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION

PAN Card of Partners
Passport for Foreign Nationals becoming Partners.
Driver’s license or Aadhar card or Voters ID.
NOC from landlord(named in the Electricity Bill or Gas Bill or Water Bill or Property Tax Receipt or Sale Deed).
Document of any utility service like telephone, gas, electricity, etc. of the owner as evidence of address of the premises.

Digital Signatures -Obtaining digital signatures for the partners of the LLP is the foremost step of the incorporation process. Digital signatures are free for two partners with our services.
LLP Name Registration – Application for reservation of LLP name is submitted to MCA simultaneously.
Registration Certificate of LLP- Along with DPIN, LLP-FiLLiP (eForm-2)is submitted for registration to MCA.
LLP Agreement Filing – Post incorporation, we will draft the LLP Agreement and file with the MCA.
Statutory Registrations – We will take out PAN, TAN, GST and other registrations as required post-incorporation.
