Payroll Management is the maintenance and administration of the financial records of the employees which includes the computation and payment of salaries, wages, bonus, incentives, deductions and net payments made. These records are the basis for statutory requirements pertaining to Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Gratuity and state taxes such as Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund etc. We take care of your payroll needs from recruitment to resignation of employees.

PRICING

Our pricing starts at Rs.150 per employee and includes the following services
  • HR Policy – Help in creating the Organization HR Policy.
  • Pay Policy – For each employee, we help in creating an optimum tax efficient salary structure along with the pay components.
  • Employee Declarations and inputs- We gather the employee declarations for tax deductions and arrive at net pay.
  • Issuing Pay slips.
  • Leave Management – Managing leave balances of employees as per Organization HR Policy.
  • Payroll Processing- Processing payroll after computation of TDS and other statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, LWF, PT etc.
  • Processing reimbursements and arrears – To compute and process employee reimbursements and arrears as per organization policy.
  • Full and Final Settlements – At the time of exit of the employees, processing of full and final settlements after computation of no of days payable, notice period recovery, other payments and deductions.
  • Issuing Form 16 to employees at year end.

DEDUCTIONS DURING PROCESSING OF SALARY

  • Tax Deducted at Source- based on salary exceeding taxable limit.
  • Provident Fund – applicable where the number of employees exceed 20.
  • ESI – applicable where the number of employees exceed 10 with an upper salary limit of Rs. 21000 per month.
  • Professional Tax – to be paid to corporation where the office is located for each employee.
  • Labour Welfare Fund.

STATUTORY RETURNS TO BE FILED

  • Quarterly TDS Returns in form 24Q.
  • Monthly PF, ESI and LWF forms.
  • Professional Tax returns based on regulations in respective state.
